Rehwald Named National Pitcher of Week

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College Eastfield's Teague Rehwald was chosen as the National Junior College Athletic Conference Division III Pitcher of the Week.

A sophomore right-hander from Frisco, Texas, Rehwald went 5.2 innings, allowing three runs, three hits, three walks, and struck out 10 in a victory over North Arkansas College. His 10 strikeouts were a career high.

This season, he is 1-0 with 19 strikeouts and a 9.00 ERA in 12 innings pitched.

The No. 2 Harvester Bees (11-2) will take a seven-game winning streak into Saturday's opener of a three-game set against Des Moines Area Community College.
