Three Eastfield Players Claim NJCAA All-Region 5 Team Honors

Dallas College Eastfield women's soccer players Bailey Beam, Hayley Torres and Breanna Loftin earned National Junior College Athletic Association All-Region V honors.

Beam, a freshman center back from Rockwall, Texas, started all 19 games, scoring a goal. She was a First Team All-Dallas Athletic Conference selection.

Torres, a sophomore center midfielder, started in 17 games and played everywhere up the spine for the Harvester Bees. She had four goals and three assists for 11 points this season. Torres was also a First Team All-DAC selection.

Loftin, a freshman goalkeeper from North Garland, Texas, had a total of 265 saves and four shutouts, starting in all 19 games, and playing all 1710 minutes between the posts this season. Loftin was awarded the DAC Defensive Player of the Week twice, NJCAA Division III Goalkeeper of the Week once, First Team All-DAC and DAC Goalkeeper of the Year. 

Beam and Loftin will have one more year at Eastfield in 2024.
