Eastfield Releases Women's Soccer Schedule
MESQUITE, Texas – Dallas College Eastfield women's soccer team will kick off the season Aug. 24 at the University of Arkansas Rich Mountain.
The Harvester Bees will host Cisco College Aug. 27 in the home opener. That begins a three-game homestand, which will bring Western Texas College and Louisiana State University Eunice to Mesquite Sept. 5-7.
Eastfield, which advanced to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III South District semifinals last year, will finish nonconference play at Southwestern Adventist University Sept. 10 before turning its attention to Dallas Athletic Conference action.
The Bees play their first two conference games at home against Dallas College Mountain View (Sept. 13) and Dallas College Richland (Sept. 17). They meet Dallas College Cedar Valley on the road in the first DAC away game Sept. 20. The Harvesters play at three-time defending NJCAA Division III national champ Dallas College Brookhaven Sept. 24. Eastfield will host Dallas College North Lake Sept. 27 to wrap up the first round of conference play.
The second half of league action begins with two road games at Mountain View and Richland in the first week of October. Eastfield hosts Cedar Valley and Brookhaven in the final home games Oct. 8 and 11, respectively. The Bees conclude the regular season Oct. 15 at North Lake.
The NJCAA South District Tournament is scheduled for Oct. 22-26 at the DAC regular season champ's home field.
