Dallas College Eastfield Competitive Versus Temple College
Dallas College Eastfield Harvester Bees held a preseason scrimmage with Temple College Aug. 13.
Sophomore transfer OH Bailey Newsom (Royse City, Texas) and RS Aleyna Gerlach (Devine, Texas) led the Harvester Bees in hitting percentage. Freshman setter Denee Cullum also had a strong performance. Returning sophomore OH Kailey O'Neal (Corpus Christi, Texas) and OH Rae Cortinas (Rio Grande City, Texas) played well versus the Leopards.
The Bees will open the season at National Junior College Athletic Association Division I Navarro College in Corsicana on Thursday.
