Bio

Lexus Greschaw was named an assistant volleyball coach at Dallas College Eastfield in July 2023.

In her first year with the Harvester Bees, Greschaw was on a staff that went 35-0, capturing the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III National Championship. Eastfield became the first NJCAA Division III program to go unbeaten and win a national title. Greschaw coached NJCAA Division III National Player of the Year Azoria Davis. Four Harvester Bees earned All-America honors, including three First Team selections and one Second Team recipient. 

Greschaw was a four-year starter at Royse City High School, where she earned First Team All-District honors from 2016-18. She then moved on to play outside hitter at Arlington Baptist University, where she earned All-Region recognition in 2019. While primarily an outside hitter, Greschaw played multiple positions during her career.

Greschaw serves as a coach and administrator at Incredible Crush Volleyball Club in Royse City. At Crush, she's worked as both a head and assistant coach of national teams from ages 10-18, coaching the 15 Black team. She has also handled club-wide communication, developing new leads for the club, ordering uniforms and equipment and assisting with social media.
